Kelsie is extremely knowledgeable and skillful when it comes to hearing aids. But beyond that, she really cares about helping you hear better. She’s very ethical and has strong integrity and is a genuinely kind person. She’s a good communicator and explains well what options you might have. The office is comfortable and nicely set up. If there were more stars than 5, I’d give them. Highly recommend this provider in Salida, CO.

Trish and Travis have been great to work with. Travis seems really anxious to resolve difficulties. And Trish is just so pleasant and also capable of resolving a lot of little issues with the devices leaving Travis more time for the hearing part and more complex issues. So glad they are here in Woodland Park.

Travis and Trish were both personable and knowledgeable in their own positions. My hearing test was done completely in the sound proof booth as it should be. Travis explained how to put the aids on and made sure they felt comfortable. Before I left he made an appointment for me in a week, before he left on vacation. He wanted to be sure I had no problems before he left. Trish cleaned and shut off my old aids so they would not interfere with the new ones. Nice to have able people on my side. Thank you.
